- Lead and organize training for field teams and nursery operators
- Revise training manuals annually and create new content
- Conduct data quality checks on printed materials
- Deliver technical TOT sessions
- Ensure cascade of training to tree nursery operators
- Support non‑technical training initiatives
- Plan and implement small‑to‑medium complexity projects
