Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Ensure IFRS and company policy compliance
- Coordinate external audits
- Implement internal controls across subsidiaries
- Maintain tax and statutory compliance
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Guide accountants in each business unit
