About the Role

The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations for the hotel business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS and statutory regulations, and effective control over budgeting, payroll, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead year‑end financial closing processes
  • Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements
  • Liaise with external auditors and ensure tax compliance
  • Manage inter‑account reconciliations and bulk bank reconciliations
  • Supervise payroll processing for hotel staff
  • Approve high‑value transactions
  • Oversee posting activities related to payment vouchers, sales, and room reservations
