The Procurement Officer I supports the bank’s procurement activities by managing purchase requests, evaluating suppliers, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring policy compliance to achieve efficient and cost‑effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Process procurement requests and purchase orders according to company procedures
- Collect quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and prepare procurement analysis reports
- Coordinate purchasing activities and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain accurate supplier and procurement records
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services for various departments
- Assist in supplier selection and vendor relationship management
- Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment when required
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
