About the Role

The Procurement Officer I supports the bank’s procurement activities by managing purchase requests, evaluating suppliers, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring policy compliance to achieve efficient and cost‑effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process procurement requests and purchase orders according to company procedures
  • Collect quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and prepare procurement analysis reports
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and follow up on deliveries
  • Maintain accurate supplier and procurement records
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services for various departments
  • Assist in supplier selection and vendor relationship management
  • Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment when required
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Prepare procurement reports and related documentation
