About the Role

Develop a multilingual WhatsApp bot for the Zega Digital campaign, handling architecture design, API integration, content input, testing, deployment, and ongoing support while ensuring user-friendly interaction across Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English.

Responsibilities

Design and develop bot architecture and end‑to‑end conversation flow
Configure and integrate the WhatsApp Business API
Build a multilingual interface supporting Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English
Input and structure digital literacy content into the bot
Conduct thorough testing of all functionalities and languages
Deploy the bot to production within agreed timeframe
Provide post‑launch technical support and bug fixes
Maintain strict confidentiality of all data and documents
