Thematic Trainer / Consultant – Media Viability and Business Resilience

About the Role

The role involves designing and delivering a Media Viability and Business Resilience training package for Ethiopian media houses under the AMIRP fellowship. Responsibilities include curriculum development, facilitation of workshops and ToT sessions, and ongoing support to strengthen business models and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Review program documents and assess media viability needs
• Design practical training modules for two cohorts
• Develop assignments, templates, and tools
• Conduct ToT sessions and co-facilitate workshops
• Provide limited follow-up support and technical guidance
• Document learning outcomes and provide recommendations
