Lead thematic trainer/consultant responsible for designing and delivering a Digital Transformation and Responsible AI training package to Ethiopian media houses under the AMIRP Media Fellowship.
Responsibilities
- Review program documents and assess digital & AI needs
- Design a practical training module for two cohorts
- Develop assignments, templates, tools, and guidance notes
- Coordinate with program colleagues to align curriculum
- Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions
- Deliver workshops, masterclasses, clinics, and coaching
- Provide limited follow-up support and technical guidance
- Document learning outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations
