Support Retail Territory Managers by managing data collection, contract renewals, documentation, and communication to enable focus on station operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide office support to Retail Territory Managers
- Collect and report morning stock data from fuel stations
- Ensure timely renewal of dealer agreements, bank guarantees, property guarantees and insurance policies
- Compile monthly SHE data for the SHE Manager
- Prepare and seal letters/circulars for the Retail Division & Sales Manager
- File incoming and outgoing documents
- Act on behalf of TMs during leave or business trips
