About the Role

Support the Accounting & Finance Department with administrative, procurement, and financial documentation tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance Department
  • Facilitate procurement of office consumables for Finance
  • Process payments and journal bank service charges
  • Maintain custody of sensitive company files
  • Prepare division leave roster and SHE reports
  • Arrange travel for finance staff
  • Distribute requisitioned items within Finance division
  • Provide secretarial services, including drafting letters to banks
