The Partnerships Coordinator will manage and strengthen NRC's relationships with national and local partners in Ethiopia, ensuring compliance with donor and NRC policies, facilitating capacity development, and coordinating project implementation to support effective humanitarian programming.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with national and local partners
- Ensure partner compliance with donor and NRC policies
- Facilitate capacity development and training for partners
- Coordinate project implementation agreements and technical guidance
- Maintain partnership tracking systems and documentation
- Support programme teams on safe and inclusive programming integration
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance and reporting
- Identify and map potential new partners
