The ICLA Social Support role assists NRC’s Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance programme in IDP sites by coordinating community outreach, managing beneficiary records, supporting administrative and logistical tasks, and ensuring compliance with policies and donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to NRC policies and donor requirements
- Share feedback with supervisors
- Cooperate with partners and local authorities
- Support ICLA officers in implementing programme activities
- Assist in identifying and registering beneficiaries
- Act as a point of contact between the community and ICLA staff
- Organize mobile group information sessions
- Maintain communication records
- Support case management administrative tasks
- Arrange logistical support for outreach and awareness activities
- Maintain organized records of documents and routine letters
