About the Role

Support credit decision making by valuing property collateral and managing building projects, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites and prepare valuations for collateral, foreclosure and project finance
• Prepare valuation reports and bill of quantities with specifications
• Monitor zoning bylaws changes affecting appraisals
• Conduct market studies on material prices and labour costs
• Design office layouts and draft renovation plans
• Analyze bids and recommend contractors
• Oversee construction progress and resolve issues
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical designs
• Manage contract documents and payment verification
