About the Role

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining information systems solutions that support Nisir Microfinance’s business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility
• Design and develop application logic for programmers
• Analyze user requirements and conduct system design
• Document solutions with flowcharts and diagrams
• Prepare test cases and perform testing in a test environment
• Develop operating manuals and train end-users
• Assess existing applications and recommend improvements
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to ensure business alignment
• Maintain documentation of all new or customized applications
• Evaluate commercial software for operational suitability
• Draft change and release management procedures
• Analyze and resolve data processing issues with programmers and business units
