About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial records and journal entries
  • Process invoices, petty cash, and cheque payments
  • Maintain accounts payable and payroll sheets
  • Generate weekly sales reports and monthly payrolls
  • Assist in month‑end closings and financial statements
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Track VAT claims and reconcile ledgers
