About the Role

The Project Manager will provide overall leadership and management of the Skills for Employment in Tigray project in Mekelle, coordinating employment promotion, enterprise development, financial inclusion, TVET strengthening, MEAL, stakeholder engagement, and resource management to achieve youth employment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project planning and implementation
  • Manage employment promotion, enterprise development, and financial inclusion interventions
  • Strengthen TVET and skills systems
  • Oversee monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL)
  • Build strategic partnerships with government, private sector, and development partners
  • Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and capacity building for project staff
  • Manage project budget and resources
