About the Role

Lead the institute’s strategic direction, oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage financial and human resources, develop policies, and represent the organization to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Implement board-approved strategies
  • Prepare organizational structures and policies
  • Develop annual plans and budgets
  • Manage employment, administration, disciplinary measures, salary and benefits
  • Identify growth opportunities and prepare proposals
  • Update operational manuals (financial, HR, procurement)
  • Oversee daily operations and performance
  • Manage financial resources and physical assets
  • Prepare periodic plans and reports
  • Represent the Institute with third parties
  • Open and operate bank accounts
  • Manage relationships with shareholders and stakeholders
  • Act as non‑voting secretary of the Board and General Assembly
