About the Role

The PME Officer designs and monitors performance frameworks, analyzes data to assess healthcare service delivery, and ensures alignment with institutional goals while driving continuous improvement through reporting and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and review of departmental work plans and institutional goals
• Support implementation of performance tracking frameworks across hospital units
• Supervise data collection, ensure quality and compliance with safety guidelines
• Conduct performance evaluations and risk assessments, prepare impact reports
• Provide training on monitoring tools and promote data-driven decision-making
• Maintain records of metrics, evaluation reports, and strategic planning documents
