The Regional Sales Supervisor manages a team of frontline sales representatives, drives regional sales for both distributors and retail outlets, analyzes market trends, maintains client relationships, and reports performance to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Develop and implement regional sales plans ensuring product availability and merchandising standards
- Monitor sales trends, identify new business opportunities, and track competitor activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and forecast sales
- Ensure accurate financial collections and inventory tracking
- Conduct cost‑benefit analysis to meet customer requirements
- Reach out to leads through cold calling and networking
- Resolve customer complaints to maximize satisfaction
