The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance to support the organization’s profitability and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, supervise and control Finance & Accounting Department operations
- Prepare operating and capital budgets and implement approved plans
- Collect sales revenues and ensure accurate payment processing
- Prepare and submit profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and annual financial statements
- Approve and monitor miscellaneous expenses and payments
- Advise on annual cash requirements and funding options
- Allocate costs across cost centers and take corrective action
- Conduct periodic inventory of goods and assets
- Maintain modern accounting systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Process payroll monthly and collect VAT reporting materials
- Prepare weekly cash position reports and submit performance reports
