About the Role

The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance to support the organization’s profitability and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, supervise and control Finance & Accounting Department operations
  • Prepare operating and capital budgets and implement approved plans
  • Collect sales revenues and ensure accurate payment processing
  • Prepare and submit profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and annual financial statements
  • Approve and monitor miscellaneous expenses and payments
  • Advise on annual cash requirements and funding options
  • Allocate costs across cost centers and take corrective action
  • Conduct periodic inventory of goods and assets
  • Maintain modern accounting systems and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Process payroll monthly and collect VAT reporting materials
  • Prepare weekly cash position reports and submit performance reports
