The Deputy Construction Service Head assists in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling construction activities, ensuring efficient execution of projects, managing contract administration, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and control construction works
- Prepare construction site and contract documents for awarded projects
- Monitor performance of construction projects to ensure cost, quality and delivery targets are met
- Evaluate construction performance reports and resolve operational issues
- Verify payment documents and ensure timely payments
- Submit monitoring and control reports to management
- Ensure contractor work complies with contracts and documentation requirements
