About the Role

Senior role overseeing grant management and capacity development for the RWVL project, ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and organizational growth within a leading Ethiopian NGO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage grant implementation from inception to closeout
• Develop and lead capacity‑building programs and training workshops
• Lead resource mobilization and fundraising efforts
• Ensure compliance with donor rules, regulations, and internal policies
• Monitor budgets and financial expenditures in collaboration with finance team
• Prepare reports, best practice documentation, and evidence‑based advocacy materials
• Represent NEWA at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder forums
