About the Role

The role involves designing, producing, and broadcasting culturally appropriate radio awareness programs on GBV and CRSV to increase community understanding and support survivor-centered services in conflict-affected regions of Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop work plan and broadcast schedule
  • Prepare program concepts, scripts, key messages, and discussion guides
  • Produce 3–4 interactive radio programs (45–60 minutes each)
  • Create short PSAs if needed
  • Broadcast approved programs in local languages during peak hours
  • Promote audience engagement through call-in sessions
  • Submit airtime schedules, broadcast confirmations, and a final report
