About the Role

The role involves designing, producing, and broadcasting culturally appropriate radio awareness programs on GBV and CRSV to increase community understanding and support survivor-centered services in conflict-affected regions of Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Develop work plan and broadcast schedule
Prepare program concepts, scripts, key messages, and discussion guides
Produce 3–4 interactive radio programs (45–60 minutes each)
Create short PSAs if needed
Broadcast approved programs in local languages during peak hours
Promote audience engagement through call-in sessions
Submit airtime schedules, broadcast confirmations, and a final report
