Lead the design and development of standardized policy monitoring toolkits and service checklists to strengthen accountability mechanisms for Violence Against Women policies across Ethiopia, ensuring tools are user‑friendly, gender‑responsive, and adaptable at federal, regional and local levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct desk review of national policies, laws and frameworks
- Analyze gaps and identify key indicators for monitoring
- Develop policy monitoring toolkit with reporting templates
- Create service monitoring checklists for justice, health, psychosocial and protection sectors
- Integrate gender‑responsive and survivor‑centered approaches
- Present inception and draft reports to stakeholders
- Revise tools based on feedback
- Provide two‑day training for WRO and other stakeholders
