The Accountant will manage comprehensive financial records, support donor reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial oversight for the organization’s programs and operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, trial balances, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments
- Assist in budgeting and track expenditures with variance analysis
- Produce donor-specific financial reports
- Support external and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Manage payroll reconciliation and related documentation
- Provide financial guidance and training to staff
