The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of goods within the enterprise, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Receives, stores, records and issues various materials ensuring protection from damage
- Verifies goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Organizes store items systematically on shelves
- Processes store requisition forms and issues items upon approval
- Maintains accurate stock records and reconciles with bin cards
- Manages tasks and projects as requested by management
