The People and Culture Supervisor will act as the main HR contact for Leaf Operations Centers, overseeing workforce planning, employment administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure effective organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary P&C partner for operations centers
- Support managers and employees across employee lifecycle
- Plan headcount with line managers
- Manage employment administration (contracts, transfers, promotions, terminations, grievances)
- Coordinate performance management process
- Contribute to budget planning for workforce expenses
- Lead or support engagement projects
- Provide reporting and ad hoc support to P&C Business Partner
- Manage personnel actions for direct reports
