The Accountant will manage all financial transactions at the LOC level, ensuring accurate recording, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and HQ requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process and record all payments with proper approvals and documentation
- Manage bank operations including reconciliations, balance monitoring, Treasury reporting
- Support wet leaf purchasing by preparing vouchers and recording quantities and values
- Control per diem and travel advances ensuring timely settlement
- Verify inventory, input, and production data before submission to HQ
- Review vendor invoices through three‑way matching
- Prepare and submit payment, farm input, wet leaf purchase, and bank reconciliation reports to HQ
- Maintain compliance and audit readiness with proper documentation
