About the Role

The Remote Cold Caller will conduct outbound calls to U.S. property owners, collect property data, build rapport, handle objections, and forward qualified leads to the acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto‑dialer
  • Speak with hundreds of homeowners daily and gather property information
  • Follow company call scripts and procedures professionally
  • Handle basic objections and transfer qualified leads
  • Accurately update notes and information inside the CRM system
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout all calls
