The Spare Parts Coordinator manages spare parts inventory, coordinates procurement, issues components to technicians, and maintains accurate records using ERP/SAP to support the service operations of National Marketers PLC.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate spare parts records
- Monitor and replenish stock levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
- Issue parts to technicians per job cards
- Track part movements between warehouse, workshop, and field
- Prevent stock losses or discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement for ordering parts
- Follow up on delivery timelines and supplier performance
- Update inventory in ERP/SAP systems
- Generate stock and usage reports
- Support service team with urgent parts requirements
