About the Role

Lead the development and execution of product support sales strategies to grow aftermarket revenue, manage key accounts, and drive customer satisfaction across the installed machine base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product support sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Drive growth in spare parts, maintenance contracts, and service sales
  • Identify new business opportunities within the installed customer base
  • Lead key account development initiatives and customer retention efforts
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients
  • Manage product support sales representatives and coordinate field sales activities
  • Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and profitability analysis
  • Support warranty, preventive maintenance, and AMC sales
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Provide strategic recommendations for business growth and operational improvements
