Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product support sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Drive growth in spare parts, maintenance contracts, and service sales
- Identify new business opportunities within the installed customer base
- Lead key account development initiatives and customer retention efforts
- Build strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients
- Manage product support sales representatives and coordinate field sales activities
- Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Support warranty, preventive maintenance, and AMC sales
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
- Provide strategic recommendations for business growth and operational improvements
