Responsibilities
- Develop and revise HR strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures
- Lead recruitment, selection and induction processes
- Ensure compliance with pension registration and contract renewals
- Manage performance appraisal, training and development initiatives
- Oversee payroll information submission to finance
- Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide technical support to leadership
- Promote gender equity and inclusiveness
