About the Role

The Head of Human Resources Management oversees all HR functions at NEBE’s headquarters, leading strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations to support the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise HR strategies, policies and procedures
  • Lead recruitment, selection, induction and workforce planning
  • Oversee performance management, training and development
  • Manage payroll, benefits and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with pension and labor regulations
  • Maintain accurate personnel records
