The Executive Assistant supports the CEO of NEBE by managing schedules, communications, events, documentation, and budget while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating across departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Handle official communications, correspondence and record‑keeping for the CEO’s Office
- Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, conferences and official events
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other NEBE departments, regional offices and external stakeholders
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical principles
- Manage budget and resources allocated to the CEO’s Office
