The Head Chef will design menus, lead culinary operations, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain supplier relationships to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Naflet Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Develop menu themes, specials, and décor concepts
- Create recipes and calculate costs for menu items
- Lead food preparation ensuring timely and hygienic production
- Maintain quality standards before serving
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate duties
- Prepare duty rosters and vacation plans
- Oversee pantry supplies and inventory
- Establish vendor contacts and evaluate product quality
