About the Role

The Head Chef will design menus, lead culinary operations, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain supplier relationships to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Naflet Hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop menu themes, specials, and décor concepts
  • Create recipes and calculate costs for menu items
  • Lead food preparation ensuring timely and hygienic production
  • Maintain quality standards before serving
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate duties
  • Prepare duty rosters and vacation plans
  • Oversee pantry supplies and inventory
  • Establish vendor contacts and evaluate product quality
