About the Role

The Junior Cupping Officer supports the quality control laboratory by preparing coffee samples, participating in cupping evaluations, and maintaining detailed records to ensure premium-grade coffee export.

Responsibilities

Prepare, roast, and grind coffee samples for cupping panels
Assist in sensory evaluation and defect detection during daily cupping sessions
Log physical measurements, moisture content, and cupping scores into the company database
