The Digital Marketing Officer will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase foot traffic for Mullege Coffee and Feresula Cafe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for brand promotion
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions)
- Plan and schedule content calendar aligned with promotions
- Run paid social media and search advertising campaigns within budget
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Collaborate with staff for authentic content
- Maintain online listings and ensure accuracy
- Support influencer outreach
- Design marketing materials using Canva
