About the Role

Manages day‑to‑day digital marketing operations, creating engaging visual content, monitoring social media interactions, capturing leads, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and coordinating with showroom teams to build a consistent, high‑quality online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish daily high‑quality visual content across all social media platforms
  • Monitor channels in real time, responding promptly to comments and messages
  • Capture, qualify, and record inbound digital leads into the CRM system and route them to the Business Development Officer
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Produce and edit short‑form video content showcasing products and lifestyle features
  • Prepare performance reports covering engagement metrics, follower growth, lead capture volumes, and campaign ROI with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with showroom teams for product photography, testimonials, and in‑store content
