About the Role

The role involves translating client ideas into high-end 3D spatial models, advising on materials and layouts, and ensuring precise execution from consultation through on-site installation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with premium residential and commercial clients to understand their preferences and budgets
• Provide expert design advisory for product selections
• Develop detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, and high-fidelity 3D renderings
• Execute precise on-site measurements before order finalization
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to prepare accurate BOQs and ordering specifications
• Maintain knowledge of international design trends and materials
• Support showroom positioning through in-showroom consultations and visual merchandising
