About the Role

The Business Development Officer drives revenue by securing corporate and government tenders, managing B2B sales, and maintaining a robust CRM system to support long‑term project partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B opportunities
  • Maintain corporate account pipeline and conduct client meetings
  • Prepare and submit government and corporate tenders
  • Manage CRM system for accurate logging of interactions
  • Collaborate with Social Media Specialist on digital leads
  • Negotiate bulk supply and trade agreements within pricing parameters
  • Report pipeline status and tender outcomes to General Manager
