About the Role

The Executive Director leads MLWDA’s strategic direction, operations, and stakeholder relations, driving programs that empower women and advance gender equality across Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and governance in alignment with Board guidance
Plan, coordinate, and manage programs for maximum effectiveness
Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial controls
Lead fundraising, partnership development, and donor engagement
Ensure timely reporting and accountability to Board and donors
Serve as spokesperson and lead communication strategies
Supervise senior staff and foster capacity building
