About the Role

The Group Supply Chain & Logistics Manager directs all procurement, export/import, logistics, and inventory functions across the company’s coffee value chain, ensuring efficient flow from farms to international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution across the group
  • Manage procurement of green coffee and operational supplies
  • Oversee export and import processes, including documentation and customs clearance
  • Coordinate logistics, fleet management, and inland transportation
  • Maintain inventory control and warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and sustainability certifications
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless supply chain coordination
