The role manages end-to-end procurement and warehouse operations for Moyee Coffee’s production facilities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, accurate inventory control, and uninterrupted supply chain flow.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procurement aligned with production needs
- Negotiate and evaluate suppliers for cost and quality
- Prepare RFQs and purchase recommendations
- Maintain supplier performance records
- Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of materials
- Control inventory levels using FIFO/FEFO
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Generate monthly inventory and procurement reports
