About the Role

The Junior General Services Officer manages all facility and service operations—including security, fleet, utilities, and procurement—to maintain a safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate general service operations
  • Oversee security, fleet, facilities, utilities, property maintenance, canteen, and procurement
  • Manage vehicle inventory, inspections, fuel control, GPS monitoring
  • Supervise cleaning, gardening, laundry services
  • Coordinate civil maintenance and contractor works
  • Administer utility services and monitor consumption
  • Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, safety standards, and budget controls
