- Plan and coordinate general service operations
- Oversee security, fleet, facilities, utilities, property maintenance, canteen, and procurement
- Manage vehicle inventory, inspections, fuel control, GPS monitoring
- Supervise cleaning, gardening, laundry services
- Coordinate civil maintenance and contractor works
