Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution across the group
- Manage green coffee procurement, inventory control, and local purchasing
- Oversee export and import operations, customs clearance, and trade documentation
- Coordinate freight, inland transport, and fleet management
- Ensure compliance with certification and sustainability programs
- Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance
- Collaborate with farm, factory, sales, finance, and HR teams
