Responsibilities
- Assist security guard deployment and access control
- Oversee cleaning, gardening, and laundry services
- Administer fleet management including inspections and maintenance
- Supervise canteen operations for quality and cost efficiency
- Manage liaison activities with government offices and utilities
- Administer utility services and monitor consumption
- Oversee civil maintenance and contractor works
- Handle insurance matters for vehicles, assets, and employees
- Assist in managing company properties and leases
