The Senior Accountant-Budget And Cost will manage cost data, maintain expense databases, prepare inventory and budget reports, reconcile general ledger entries, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting for Moti Engineering PLC.
Responsibilities
- Collect cost information and maintain expenses database
- Post bank advice and accumulate GIT costs daily
- Prepare inventory turnover reports weekly to annually
- Maintain GL for custom declaration documents daily
- Update cost sheet summary and reconcile with GL until the 5th day of next month
- Assist in department budget preparation per procedural manual
- Ensure financial practices align with annual budget
- Collaborate with auditors and financial professionals
