Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach sales consultants to meet targets
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs
- Develop action plans for productivity improvement
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
- Ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries, leads and reservations
- Manage CRM/SFA data accuracy
- Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations
- Support the Sales Manager with strategy implementation
- Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
