About the Role

The Sales Supervisor leads a team of sales consultants in Addis Ababa, driving revenue through coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic execution while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach sales consultants to meet targets
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs
  • Develop action plans for productivity improvement
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries, leads and reservations
  • Manage CRM/SFA data accuracy
  • Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations
  • Support the Sales Manager with strategy implementation
  • Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
