About the Role

The Sales Consultant identifies prospects, presents real estate projects, conducts site visits, negotiates deals, maintains client relationships, and achieves monthly sales targets to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Present real estate projects to clients
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
