Stock Control Officer

About the Role

Responsible for managing inventory records, conducting stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining accurate stock movements, supporting replenishment planning, and coordinating with logistics and sales teams to ensure product availability across the distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and distribution points
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
• Investigate stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, transfer, and dispatch procedures are followed
• Support replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• Verify stock transactions and ensure timely system updates
• Prepare inventory reports and stock movement analyses
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy
• Support periodic audits and provide required inventory documentation
• Ensure compliance with company inventory management policies and procedures
