Responsibilities

• Plan division duties
• Establish and implement cost accounting systems
• Analyze costs per department
• Prepare cost of production and expenses, propose efficiency improvements
• Build cost sheets for manufacturing processes
• Develop property administration policy with other departments
• Maintain property value and generate revenue
• Report quarterly, biannually, and annually on revenue and expenditure trends
